Behavioural Change – two–day course (pilot)

Road Safety GB Academy is piloting a new two-day behavioural change course and is offering the pilot course at a big discount – a flat fee of £100 plus VAT for all attendees.

Following feedback from students who have attended the very popular one-day course, this new course will include some slight alterations to the current course but with the addition of a second day.

People seeking to take advantage of the special price for the pilot course must be willing and available to attend both days. However, going forward it is envisaged that anyone who has already completed the current one day course will be able to go directly onto the second day.

Over the two days the course will cover:

· Understanding road user behaviour
· Behavioural models
· Behavioural change techniques
· Behavioural insights
· Mapping behaviours
· Developing interventions using behavioural models and change techniques.

The course will also provide the participant with several planning tools that can be used to review and develop interventions.

Who should attend this course?

Any road safety practitioner who develops and delivers behavioural change interventions related to safety and/or model change. The course will be of particular interest to road safety officers, fire and rescue staff, driving instructors and other related professions.
